We understand that sending your child on a school residential – especially for the first time – can feel like a big step. That’s why we’ve created this dedicated Parents’ Area: a place to find clear information and reassurance before your child’s trip.
Here you’ll find everything you need to know – from packing lists and dietary guidance to how we keep children safe, cared for, and supported every step of the way.
Our goal is simple: to help you feel confident, informed, and excited about your child’s upcoming residential.
Why choose Manor Adventure

Since 1991, Manor Adventure has been proudly family-run and focused on one goal – giving every child the chance to learn, grow, and have fun in a safe, supportive environment.
With over 30 years’ experience, a 93% rebooking rate, and thousands of schools returning each year, we’ve built our reputation on quality, care, and personal attention.

School residentials with purpose

Every Manor Adventure residential is designed to build confidence, teamwork, and independence.
From high ropes to canoeing and history to language skills, children discover what they’re capable of – while having the time of their lives.

Unlike larger providers, our smaller centres mean children receive genuine personal attention and schools enjoy a close-knit, family atmosphere.
Every pupil is known by name, and our dedicated teams ensure each child feels included, supported, and part of the adventure.

Your child’s safety is always our top priority. All activities are led by qualified instructors, our centres are AALA-licensed, and our teams are fully DBS checked and trained in first aid and safeguarding.
From mealtimes to bedtime, children are supervised and supported 24 hours a day.

Parents often tell us their children return home more confident, independent, and full of stories. For many, a Manor Adventure trip becomes one of their standout school memories – a week where they grew, laughed, and made friends for life.
