Both centres are perfectly situated for many superb visit options within a short travelling time. In Shropshire many schools chose a visit to the world famous Ironbridge and the associated range of museums, especially the reconstructed Blist Hill Victorian Village, but the choice is wide and varied. In Wales, there is an incredibly diverse range of educational visits ranging from watching red kites being fed, to the Dam Yr Ogof showcaves. A very popular visit is the Centre for Alternative Technology.
