How to book
Please telephone us if you have any queries whatsoever, as we are always available to help and offer advice.
Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
1. Please telephone reservations to check availability for the date and holiday you require. Places are limited as these holidays are only available to a small number of families per week:

2. We will reserve your holiday for 7 days until we receive your deposit of £50 per person (plus insurance*).
3. At this stage we will send you a Family Holiday Booking Guide, which will include a confirmation booking form, booking conditions, a holiday quote, general information, travel and insurance details.
4. Please read in detail the information pack, then forward your payment to the UK office if the details are correct and you wish to proceed with your reservation. If for any reason you do not wish to continue with your reservation please telephone the office to free availability to other interested families.
5. Final payment is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

Manor Adventure prices include en suite accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, activities, equipment, instruction, child supervision, entrance fees and VAT. Prices do not include Alton Towers £28 (must be pre-booked), drinks, boot and cagoule hire, spending money and travel insurance.
Le Château du Broutel prices include channel crossing, en suite accommodation, breakfast, lunch (except on free day), dinner/high tea for children, activities, French (optional), equipment, instruction, child supervision (9am-9pm) and VAT. Prices do not include Château room @ £15 pppn, channel crossing supplement (per car subject to travelling times), drinks, lunch on the free day, spending money and travel insurance. No single room supplements for single parents, however, there is a £75 supplement on the channel crossing.
